A simple overview of how Cam’s Way may approach refunds and support for digital products, printable resources, and access issues.

Digital products and printable resources

Because digital products, printable files, and future unlocked resources can usually be accessed immediately, Cam’s Way may not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once access has been provided, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

If a digital product is faulty, incomplete, or not delivered as described, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Digital-first launch stage

Cam’s Way is currently a digital-first product. If physical products are ever introduced later, refund terms for those items would be added clearly at that time rather than treated as active now.

How to request support

If you believe there is a problem with an order, access issue, or delivered resource, please contact Cam’s Way with your order details and a short explanation of the issue.

We aim to handle support fairly, calmly, and in line with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
